These are the 2012 insurance certificates for all SWIBL teams.   The certficates are listed by age group.  Each document below will show which teams are listed on the certificate itself.     You may wish to rename the files after you have downloaded them.

Teams who have not paid their League Fees will not be covered in the certificates below. If you have sent payment of your league fees, you will have to allow a few days to process the insurance request.  If you have an immediate need for the certificate, please contact Andy.
